San Pedro Housing Project
You can support the housing project in a number of ways; a one off gift, regular giving (15 people giving £80 or £20 per month for four months, gift aided will provide enough to build one house) or by collecting your 5p’s and passing them to Audrey Rowland. The approximate cost to provide the materials for one home is £1,600.
Bibles for the children at San Pedro
We would like to provide the finances to buy 53 bibles for the children that attend the children’s club in San Pedro. The cost will be £12.50 per bible (£10 gift aided).
Student Sponsorship Programme
Again you can make a one off gift, or provide regular support for one of the students by giving £15 (gift aided) or £20 per month.
Church building
If you would like to contribute towards the costs of the new church building in Zacamil then again any amount would be appreciated but £45 (gift aided) or £60 will buy one share in the building. They are looking for 164 shares to be purchased/given to enable the new temporary temple to be built.
Mission team December 2007
As we continue to develop the programme it would help to know if you are interested in being part of the team. The knowledge that there are builders, health workers or those with specific skills interested in going would encourage the development of those elements of the team. If you think that you may be interested in joining the team that will visit El Salvador in December 2007, look out for further information in October but please let Viv Lee or Mike Quantick know of your interest now.
