FAD

Families Against Drugs (FAD) is a Didcot based support group for the families of those who are addicted to drugs.

FAD meet in the Community Hall behind Didcot Baptist Church Centre at 8pm on the first Tuesday of every month.  A representative of FAD is also available at "Opening Doors" drop in centre every Tuesday from 5pm-7pm at Didcot Baptist Church Centre.  We are also willing to make home visits.

We seek to provide:-
  • A supportive, accepting and confidential atmosphere for mutual support
  • We sometimes invite a guest speaker so that we can gain understanding and ask questions
  • We offer space and time to share stories, laugh and cry together
  • We conclude with a reflective moment in which to gain a sense of peace before returning to our everyday worlds
  • We have occasional social events

Contact Anna (Field Worker for FAD) for support or find out more information at www.familiesagainstdrugs.org.uk or by completing the form below or telephone 01235 811668 or contact the Church Office on 01235 813187
